Apparently these ads only make up 3% of the total inventory currently.

Chegg is just one of the businesses filing a complaint about AI Overviews. Many businesses have been impacted by Google’s aggressive use of the AI summary in search results. Some recent reports showing that Google is displaying AI overviews as much as 30% of all search queries. This number is up from the 18% of search queries reported last year. π
